Current Status

The Thames Valley and Surrey Care Records is a way of bringing together and sharing patient information from across individual local care records with health and care staff over a wider area, so they can deliver better care for you.

As we work to create this and begin to connect with data in different local care records, we will share with you the current status of the progress that we make below.
