Who we are

Who we are

The Thames Valley and Surrey Care Records Partnership is one of a number of partnerships chosen by NHS England to put in place an electronic shared Local Health and Care Record that makes relevant information about people instantly available to everyone involved in their care.

The programme is hosted and the funding managed by Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. Our work is focusing on developing the TVS Care Records to connect local records across the area so that the 4.2 million people we serve can benefit from more joined up care.

The Board

The programme board’s prime purpose is to drive the programme forward and deliver the outcomes and benefits for staff and patients. The board meets on a bi-monthly basis and is made up of representatives from partner organisations across the Thames Valley and Surrey area:

In addition to involving representatives of local organisations, the programme board is chaired by Fiona Edwards (Chair - Frimley Health and Care ICS), and supported by Jane Hogg (Senior Responsible Officer for the Programme) and Mark Sellman (Programme Director).

The programme board also includes two lay/patient representatives and National Voices.

Board papers are regularly uploaded to our document library.
