A new Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) has been appointed to the Thames Valley & Surrey (TVS) Care Records Partnership. Jane Hogg will be taking on the role of SRO for the TVS Partnership. Jane is currently the Integration and Transformation Director for Frimley Integrated Care System (ICS) and will be leading the work of the partnership alongside her Frimley ICS role.
Jane brings with her a wealth of experience in system change and transformation and will work with colleagues across TVS to embed a more locally led leadership model for the programme and to maximise the value and benefits for everyone from the TVS Care Records, particularly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. She will be working with Julie Fisher over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth handover.
